Phyllis Klein, RN, BSN, CCRC is the former Director of Regulatory Compliance & Support at the Center for Clinical Research located within Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, MO. She retired after 20 years working and learning, then specializing in creating and educating others on how to create clinical research budgets.
