Speaker Bio:

Jennifer is the Director of the Institutional Review Board (IRB) and the HIPPA Research Privacy Officer of the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS). She serves as a policy and regulatory resource for IRB members, IRB chairs, and investigators and their staff on a wide variety of research-related topics. Ms. Holland oversees the Human Subject Research Protections (HRPP) program and is responsible for the continued accreditation of the HRPP. Jennifer received her law degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law and is admitted to the Arkansas Bar.

Knowledge Gap: 

The purpose of this activity is to educate healthcare providers with the most up-to-date information on single IRB and the role of the IRB in pediatric research.

Target Audience:

The target audience includes all healthcare professionals such as physicians, nurses, pharmacists and allied health professionals who would like to learn about single IRB and the role in pediatric research.
